May 11, 2022: The global pandemic response now faces additional headwinds – along with growing pandemic fatigue and complacency in many high-income countries, the crisis caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is causing a further shift of attention and resources. Though there has been significant progress over the past six months, especially on vaccine supply, much more work remains to be done.
